By accessing and using the services of Logo Tracing India ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Logo Tracing India provides professional manual logo tracing and vectorization services, including but not limited to:

• Manual logo tracing and vector conversion
• Logo recreation from low-quality images
• File format conversion (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG)
• Minor color adjustments and corrections
• Revisions as specified in the service agreement

3. Order Process

3.1 Submitting Orders

To place an order, you must:

• Provide clear source files or images of the logo to be traced
• Specify any special requirements or preferences
• Agree to the quoted price and timeline
• Make payment as per our payment terms

3.2 Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the complexity of the logo and the quality of source files. Prices are subject to change based on project requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3.3 Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most projects. Rush delivery options are available upon request. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, though we strive to meet all deadlines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is required before final file delivery
• For large orders, 50% advance payment may be required
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes

5. Revisions Policy

We offer revisions to ensure your satisfaction:

• Up to 3 rounds of minor revisions are included in the base price
• Minor revisions include color adjustments, small shape modifications, and alignment corrections
• Major redesigns or significant changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of file delivery

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Client's Original Logo

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use the logo submitted for tracing and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6.2 Delivered Files

Upon full payment, you receive:

• Full ownership and rights to the traced vector files
• Unlimited usage rights for commercial and personal purposes
• All file formats as agreed in the service contract

6.3 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless you specifically request confidentiality.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Submit the best quality source files available
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Not use the delivered files for illegal purposes
• Not hold us liable for copyright issues related to your original logo

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by client-side issues or third-party services
• We are not liable for copyright infringement related to the client's original logo

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client files and information as confidential. We do not share, sell, or distribute your files to third parties except as necessary to complete the service or as required by law. Files are securely deleted from our systems 30 days after project completion unless otherwise requested.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms:

• Orders can be cancelled before work begins for a full refund
• Once work has started, cancellations are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if we cannot meet quality standards

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India.
