2. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- We offer up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied
- If the final deliverable does not match the agreed specifications, we will make necessary corrections at no additional cost
- We work with you until you are happy with the result
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Full Refund (100%)
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your order before we begin work on your project
- We are unable to complete your project due to technical limitations or complexity
- We fail to deliver your project within the agreed timeline without prior communication
- There is a technical error on our part that prevents project completion
3.2 Partial Refund (50%)
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- You cancel your order after work has begun but before initial delivery
- You decide you no longer need the service after we've started working
- The final deliverable does not meet agreed specifications despite multiple revision attempts, and both parties agree to a partial refund
3.3 No Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After final files have been delivered and accepted by you
- If you refuse to participate in the revision process or provide necessary feedback
- Change of mind after project completion and delivery
- Issues related to the quality of the source file you provided (unless we notified you beforehand that the source was insufficient)
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not communicated during the project brief
- After 7 days from the final file delivery
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request
- Allow us to review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
- If approved, we will discuss the refund process and timeline
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
- Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
- UPI refunds typically process within 24-48 hours
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
6. Rush Order Refunds
For rush orders with premium pricing, refund terms are the same as standard orders. However, if we fail to meet the rush deadline, you will receive a full refund of the rush fee, and the project will continue at standard pricing.
7. Quality Disputes
If you believe the delivered work does not meet professional quality standards:
- Contact us immediately with specific concerns
- We will review the work and your feedback
- We will offer revisions to address quality issues
- If quality issues cannot be resolved after 3 revision rounds, a partial or full refund may be considered
8. File Ownership After Refund
In the event of a refund:
- Full refund: All rights to the traced files remain with Logo Tracing India, and you may not use the delivered files
- Partial refund: Usage rights may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis
- All source files provided by you will be returned and deleted from our systems
9. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom quotes and consultations
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds (if purchased separately)
- File format conversion services for already-delivered projects
- Third-party service fees (payment processing fees, etc.)
10. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation not covered by this policy, please contact us. We evaluate all refund requests fairly and may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
11. Avoiding Refund Situations
To ensure satisfaction and avoid refund situations:
- Provide clear instructions and the best quality source files possible
- Communicate your expectations clearly during the initial consultation
- Provide timely feedback during the revision process
- Ask questions if anything is unclear
- Review sample work on our portfolio to ensure our style meets your needs
12. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Refund requests are evaluated based on the policy in effect at the time of order placement.
